Big Idea:

Joy is sustained by daily spiritual discipline and right thinking.


Outline:

I. Rejoicing Is a Command (v. 4)

Joy is an act of obedience, not emotion alone.

II. Prayer Replaces Anxiety (vv. 6–7)

Peace guards the heart when prayer governs the mind.

III. Thinking Determines Living (vv. 8–9)

Right thoughts produce right actions and lasting joy.


Application:

Guard what fills your mind.

Practice prayer, praise, and godly thinking consistently.


Final Series Challenge:

Live joyfully—not because life is easy—but because Christ is enough.
